Purchase a Day Pass online here and receive an email receipt with your access code and details about the space. Day Passes give an individual access to the facility 6AM – 10PM 7 Days a week. Use of Phone Booths (first come/first serve) are included and can be found on the ground floor.
CONFERENCE ROOM RENTAL | $35/HOUR
Conference Rooms can be purchased online here. We have three conference rooms. The Fish Bowl fits up to 10 people, the Space Station, 8 people and the Bird Room, 4 people. When you book a room, you’ll receive an email with an access code and details about the space. Conference Rooms require a 2 hour Minimum purchase and are limited to 10 people. For larger groups or special requests, please email us.
WEEK PASS | $100
A block of 5 day passes can be purchased in advance.
To do so please contact us. We will invoice you directly. Day Passes purchased in the manor can be used day in any given month.
MEMBERSHIP – Portland
Members enjoy full use of a variety of workstations, lounge & meeting areas, conference rooms, whiteboards, printers & phone booths. Standard memberships are Month-to-Month and grant access from 6AM – 10PM, 7 days a week.
PORTLAND MEMBERSHIP
PART TIME FLOATING – $150 / MONTH | < 20 hours / week.
Coded access to the space 6AM – 10PM and use of floating work stations, phone booths, meeting areas, lounges, and shared amenities. Does NOT include conference rooms.
STANDARD FLOATING – $200 / MONTH | 40 hours / week. Coded access to the space 6AM – 10PM and use of floating work stations, meeting areas, lounges, phone booths and shared amenities. Includes 5 hours of scheduled conference room use per month.
FLOATING WITH CLIENT PRIVILEGE – $250 / MONTH | 40 hours / week Bring clients and collaborators into the space for meetings & work sessions. Includes 10 hours of conference room use/month.
DEDICATED DESK – Starting at $300 / MONTH | Reserved desk on ground floor or mezzanine. Work stations have cubbies and shelves for personal effects. Monitors and work can be left out. Includes Client Privilege – allowing guests into the space for occasional collaborative work sessions.
PRIVATE OFFICE – $400 – $1500/Month Secure private office for your day-to-day business operations. Includes desk(s), chair(s) and high speed internet.
TEAM MEMBERSHIP For collaborators and small teams who use the space periodically.

3 person team | $400 / Month
4 person team | $500 / Month
5 person team | $600 / Month
